Terms and Conditions of Sale

Orders are binding once ACCEPTED.
Confirmation of availability and acceptance will be sent via EMAIL.
Account details of preferred mode of payment will be provided in the ACCEPTANCE EMAIL.
Payment must be received within the NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER ACCEPTANCE of order.
Orders for items which are not paid for within the next business day are deemed CANCELLED.
Buyer must send an SMS to 0920-9319743 AFTER PAYMENT for confirmation.
Items will be turned over to the courier ONLY UPON CONFIRMATION of payment.
Cut-off time for payment confirmation will be 1:00 p.m. Payments confirmed AFTER 1:00 P.M. will be turned over to the courier the following business day.
Courier is Air21. Delivery schedule will be subject to Air21 delivery schedule.
These terms and conditions become effective on 15 December 2007. Pending transactions will be subject to these terms and conditions.
